Ad Guidelines & Deadline Information
- Choose a purchase level in the registration area of the www.SLCDEveningofHonor.com e-journal.
If your purchase includes a journal ad, during checkout, you will be prompted to upload an ad or to upload ad materials/copy for creation of your ad. You can always submit your ad later if it is not ready at point of purchase.
Note: For inclusion in the event slideshow presentation, furnish your materials on or before Thursday, October 26, 2017.
- Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Embedded in that email is a link where you can return to submit your ad and/or ad materials at a later time. This email can be forwarded to your marketing department or ad agency for direct submission of the ad via the link to the online system.
- If you have not made your purchase online, your materials should be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Whether you use the online ad submission feature or submit materials directly to the organization, choose from one of these two easy options:
- Full Page Ad: 6"(W) x 4"(H), high-res (300 dpi or greater - Font: 8pt min.)
- Format: preferably .jpg, .psd, or .pdf
OPTION #2: We Create Your Ad
- Graphics: Send logo, photo or any illustration you’d like incorporated into your ad (.jpg preferred)
- Copy: Read the description of the ad level you’ve purchased! Submit copy that may include a congratulatory message, company logo and contact info, etc. in a Microsoft Word document or using the online ad submission copy box

DUE DATE FOR AD SUBMISSIONS:
Ads or ad content should be submitted within one week of purchase date.
